"Her work "In The Wings" ..won the Judges' choice Blue Ribbon and the Kodak Gallery Award as best portrait by a Master. She had the best score over among 723 photographers who competed from Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Nogle is among only a handful of photographers who scored in the 90's which is considered exceptional.
She also won for best illustration photograph by a master titled "Weathering the Storm"
Nogle recently came back from Prague and Inner Mongolia photographing people of different cultures. She specializes in children portraiture and fine art photography.
"Gail was awarded the Master of Photography in 1981, the Photographic Craftsman in 1996 and a Fellow in American Society of Photographers in 1998. Gail is one of few women in the world who have earned this honor.
