Award-winning Photographer Comes to McKinney
McKinney: Artist opens studio at the historic Flour Mill
By Ramona Dupre / ?The Dallas Morning News, October 10, 2005?
Gail Nogle has been a professional photographer in Dallas for more than 30 years and has traveled all over the world to practice her craft.
She has photographed politicians, celebrities and British royalty. This award-winning, world-traveling photographer has chosen McKinney to open a studio to shoot on location at the historic old Flour Mill.
Nogle has not given in to the "digital age" and still uses only film cameras because she believes that digital cameras cannot quite compete with the richness of film. She loves the history of the Flour Mill and the antique look that it gives to her photographs.
"The Flour Mill is an excellent location for photography," Nogle said. "The lighting is incredible and the old building offers so many interesting backgrounds."
She is interested in supporting charitable organizations and often donates gift certificates for silent auctions. If your organization is holding a silent auction and would like a donation, call Nogle at 972-233-7437.
